Transportation and parking

All downtown city bus routes stop at the Brock Street terminal, one intersection away from both the Haynes Hall and Family Medicine Centre locations. To schedule your bus trip to our clinic, please use the Kingston Trip Planner and enter 220 Bagot St, Kingston, Ontario or 115 Clarence St, Kingston, Ontario as your end location.

Metered parking is available on Clarence Street, and there are municipal parking lots on Bagot St. (between Brock St. and Princess St.) and Brock Street (both west of Bagot across from Hotel Dieu Hospital and east, up from Wellington Street).

Hours of Operation

Schedules appointments are available at both 220 Bagot St and 115 Clarence St between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

Don’t forget we are available at the After Hours Walk In Clinic at 220 Bagot St on Monday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 1pm to 4pm.

Outside of schedules clinic times, someone is always available to help you. Please dial 613 533-9303 to reach the on-call doctor or nurse who is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
